“Flavour is everything” were
the words I heard as a child learning to cook in my nanna’s
kitchen.
Now, cooking for others at Down to Earth Dining for the past five
years, I truly understand what she meant. Nanna’s flavours were
vanilla, chocolate, fresh organically grown herbs and tomatoes from pop’s
garden.
I’ve taken the essence of her teachings and created my own
signature flavours which can fit into a boardroom, a wedding or a
private function.
